All quotations provided by Elexatech are free unless otherwise agreed.

Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and may be subject to change if additional work is identified after inspection or during the project.

Additional charges may apply where:

• Additional work is requested.

• Hidden defects or previously undiscovered faults are identified.

• Existing installations do not comply with current regulations.

• Customer requirements change during the project.

Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed before work continues.

6. Electrical Work

All work carried out by Elexatech is completed in accordance with current UK Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) and applicable Building Regulations where required.

Elexatech is a NAPIT Registered electrical contractor.

7. Emergency Call Outs

Our 24-hour emergency call-out service is subject to engineer availability and location.

Whilst we aim to respond as quickly as possible, response times cannot be guaranteed during periods of high demand or severe weather.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe access to the property.

• Inform us of any known electrical issues before work begins.

• Ensure pets and vulnerable occupants are kept safe whilst work is being carried out.

• Make payment in accordance with agreed terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Elexatech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from delays beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Intellectual Property
